Wholesome seems to be taking on a sense more akin to naive and is applied to older adults who are technological neophytes.  It sometimes borders on being derogatory.  I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed this trend.

I have not heard it used that way, but I can imagine how it could be turned into a sarcastic slant in a mocking way.
